Hey Guys-
You might remember a post I made a few days back about a client of ours named Marc. In the post, I discussed the basic template we've used for Marc, as well as, his progress and dedication to his success. Today, at a bodyweight of approximately 127lbs., he hit a 205lb. box squat for 3 reps! Not too bad for only 6 weeks in! Let's here what Marc has to say about his time at Authentic Strength Training Gym:
